I have had Bill service our fireplace for at least the last 2 years. Bill has had some challenges with our fireplace but has persevered till the job was done. That includes our outdoor vent which had to be adapted to keep out some very persistent local birds.

Bill installed a new gas line to our fireplace for gas logs and deck for a gas grill. He was very professional throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable which gives me a peace of mind that the job was done correctly and thoroughly.
Bill ordered our new gas fire logs, picked them up and installed once the gas line was in. Communication was excellent and he was very responsive to emails or text.
We are extremely happy with our cozy fireplace and will be enjoying the gas logs for many years.

Attention to safety and detailed explanation of all aspects of an extremely difficult installation made us feel very confident in this big change in our home. 70 yrs of wood burning bias was overcome and we love this NG fireplace insert. Bill knows his stuff! Thanks!
